It's very important that your Welcomehome email address is used in all communications with head office and transferee's. While we understand in extenuating circumstances you may need to use your personal account, in all other situations you are required to use the WHR account assigned to you. Clients question us when they see a consultant using something other than a WHR account. It's important that you're seen as a part of Welcomehome, not operating on your own.
